Here’s the SAC video for you. Watch it as many times as you need but don’t forget about the other questions you need to answer. Also here are a couple of hints:

Q5 – Egs of the three question types would be 1. YOU LIKE ICECREAM? 2. YOUR NAME WHAT? 3. WHY YOU RUDE WHY?

Q6 – the three types of timelines are named for the direction in which they go.

The first one is for the Comprehension Section

This one is for the Fingerspelling & Vocab Sections (you’ll need to stop the video after each one as I don’t think there’s enough pause for you to write the answer)

Here are the new vocab lists for “Travel, Places & Countries” The first one below is the list for Pathway 2 (Pathway 1 students, if you’re not sure about any of these signs, it would be a good idea to learn them).

I apologise for the ‘jumpy’ nature of this film, I have no idea what happened (it’s from putting the subtitles on. Let’s just put it down to another computer problem, I’ll add it to my list.)

I just wanted to post to remind you of the Learning Assessments for this semester. The following are your LA’s and the due dates:

1. Loddon Mallee LOTE Film Festival   due: 4/9/09

3. Conversational Oral   due: 1/12/09

***Please note – the Conversational Orals will begin in a couple of weeks and will be completed throughout the semester but the final date for submission to the Learning Assessment Office is as above.

After being foiled by technology on our SAC day, I didn’t want to ‘waste’ these videos so I decided to put them up here instead. You can have a look at them and practise your comprehension. Here are the SAC questions as well so you can test your own understanding of the information presented.
